Why is there a charge on my card?

Who are Gaming Lessons?

We’re a lovely little company made up of gaming fanatics and pro gamers alike that offer top-notch individual instruction in today’s top games, as well as some of the web’s best gaming content. We’ve been around since 2005, loving every minute of it.

Why am I being charged?

You’re being charged either for a lesson/instruction purchase, membership on our site, or a purchase of some of the gear that we offer (t-shirts, hats, etc.).

You sure? That doesn’t ring a bell.

If our services don’t jog your memory, you might want to check with family members to see if someone else in the house put in an order, and it’s just slipped from memory. In the past, we’ve found that, in near every instance, the confusion comes from miscommunication with someone else in the house.

Can I get an invoice for the charges, please?

Every time we initiate a charge, we send an invoice to the email address provided when you or your family member signed up. In addition, all past charges and memberships can be viewed by simply logging into your account. If you need us to compile a list of account activity, we're happy to do that once your identity as the account owner is verified by our staff. Just contact us.

How can I cancel my membership?

If you have a membership to our site, canceling is quick and easy, even if immensely saddening on our part: simply login, go to your "Account" section, and click "Cancel my Account." Once you've cancelled your account, you won't be charged again for the membership, but you are responsible for previous charges.

Can I get a refund?

Memberships are non-refundable, as are already-completed lessons and services. But once you cancel, you won't be charged again: we don't dabble in long-term contracts, termination fees, or anything like that. Signup when you want, cancel when you want. For more information, take a quick look at our refund policies for more information.

Further questions?

No worries! Just initiate a quick support discussion and we'll get you taken care of right away.
